Described as some of the most comfortable yet stylish dining chairs ever made, these teak chairs by Erik Buch (Buck) for O.D. Møbler are becoming one of the most desirable designs for collectors of mid-century Danish furniture.

OVERVIEW: Designed in 1949, these model 49 chairs feature Buch's wonderful "floating" seat, superb joinery and great attention to detail. And did we mention how comfortable they are? The lumbar support is supreme, a very important aspect during those long drawn-out dinners.

CHAIRS: The curved backrests and floating seats make these chairs very comfortable. The teak frames have just been cleaned/oiled, with all joinery tight and secure ready for another lifetime of usage. Labeled "Made in Denmark - O.D. Mobler A-S" verifying their authenticity.

CHAIR DIMENSIONS: 19.5ʺ wide x 19.25ʺ deep × 31.25ʺ high. Seat-from-floor height is 18"

UPHOLSTERY: These have recently been professionally-reupholstered via a durable, textured poly-blend fabric in a "heather gray" colorway that would go nicely with a wide array of surrounding colors/tones.
