Sorry, this item has sold.

RESERVED FOR NEIL (10-4-19): For sale is this exceptional teak credenza/sideboard designed by Arne Vodder for George Tanier Sibast Mobler, circa 1960s. This credenza is sure to grace your home with elegance for the next 30+ years and is nicely-sized so it could be used as a dresser, sideboard, buffet, credenza or entertainment center. This is a stunning piece of Danish modern furniture designed by one of the most desirable designers, now fully restored back to its full glory!

OVERVIEW: This credenza is part of Vodder's award-winning 'Triennale' sideboards designed in the late 1950s featuring simple and elegant drawers pulls, beveled edging and that beautifully-crafted 'fin' running along the back edge on top. The main section features deep, dark old-growth teak standing atop solid oak legs that nicely compliment and showcase the top. Four drawers on the right with the top one having adjustable storage compartments and a left-side door that opens an maple-lined storage area with one adjustable shelf.

CONDITION: I've restored numerous teak credenzas over the years and this one ranks right up there in terms of quality craftsmanship, deep-and-dark old-growth teak coloring and overall condition. Its just been restored/reconditoned and given a protective coating to protect this beauty for the next 50+ years and give it that lovely warm teak glow to showcase the beautiful old-growth teak woodgrain throughout. As with all vintage furniture, there are small signs of wear/patina throughout that I've addressed but still remain. It presents beautifully overall.

DIMENSIONS: 54" long x 19.5" wide x 30" high

SHIPPING: I'd guess shipping will be about $500 anywhere within the lower-48, please contact me with your zipcode for an accurate quote though. I sell and ship much mid-century modern furniture nationwide from my home showroom in Seattle so I'll coordinate all shipping logistics on my end if you'd like...I normally use a shipping company specializes in furniture transportation and individually wrap/unwrap each piece for the utmost protection. Shipments usually go out the first week of each month. Free local pickup in the Seattle area too, or you can arrange you're own shipping if you'd prefer.

QUESTIONS: Happy to answer any questions and send additional photos, if needed. My hope is to provide as much detail/images so there are no surprises upon delivery.
