Restored Danish teak round-to-oval expandable table by Niels Moller (48.5" - 88.5")

For sale is this exceptional round-to-oval Danish teak dining table by J.L. (Niels) Moller Circa 1960s, I've restored many mid-century Scandinavian dining tables over the years and this is the epitome of exceptional design and attention to detail...it's absolutely gorgeous and would be a beautiful table situation for your family/guests to gather around the next 30+ years - it nearly jumps out of these photos and into your dining room it's so stellar!

TABLE DETAILS: This Danish beauty is of the utmost quality and in pristine condition after being recently restored. It now exudes that wonderful, deep-and-rich teak coloring and has just been professionally restored and finished with a protective catalyzed lacquer coating for both protection against general usage and UV-light fading. Closely inspect the pictures and you'll also notice the beautiful tabletop wood graining that is book-matched meaning one congruent/repeating woodgrain pattern all the way from one end to the other...they certainly don't make furniture of this quality anymore. Also, be sure to notice the exquisite table edging and tapered legs...this is Danish quality and styling at its finest.

TABLE DIMENSIONS: The scale of this one would be well suited for medium-to-larger sized dining spaces as it measures 48.5" diameter in the round, then extends to 68.5" or 88.5" long with one or both 20" leaves inserted - enough for 6-8 people. Normal table height, 28.5" high; retains the Danish Control and J.L. Moller Models medallions underneath table. Both leaves include a matching table apron with the main table.

TABLE CONDITION: I've restored numerous teak pieces over the years and this one is hands-down one of the most exquisite and highest quality craftsmanship, deep-and-dark old-growth teak coloring and overall condition. It's just been restored/reconditioned so it now exudes a beautiful satin sheen with that lovely warm teak glow to showcase the beautiful old-growth teak woodgrain throughout. As with all vintage furniture, there are some minor blemishes; but overall, its stunning and presents beautifully.
