Do you have a large dining area, large family, host large dinner parties...or all of the above!?! If so, this might be the dining table for you then...for sale is this magnificent rectangular dining table with some of the finest Danish craftsmanship seen in all my tenure of restoring vintage furniture. Circa 1960s by Skovmand Andersen and distributed by Moreddi, I've restored many Danish teak tables over the years and this is one of the nicest I've ever completed...it's absolutely gorgeous and would be a beautiful table for your family/guests to gather around for the next 30+ years, then pass along to the next generation for their enjoyment too.

OVERVIEW: This rectangular beauty is of the utmost quality and once again in pristine condition after being recently restored. It now exudes that wonderful warm, old-growth teak glow and has just been refinished so it now exudes a beautiful sheen throughout. Closely inspect the pictures and you'll also notice the beautiful tabletop "book-matched" wood-graining all the way from one end to the other...meaning one congruent woodgrain pattern end-to-end...they certainly don't make furniture of this quality anymore.

SIZE/DIMENSIONS: The scale of this dining table would be best suited for larger-sized dining spaces as the table is both wider and extends longer than normal teak dining tables of the era. It is 59.75" x 37.25" at is smallest, then extends to a whopping 103.5" when fully extended (or 81.75" with only one leaf)- that's enough for 8-10 people! Two 22" extension leaves are cleverly stored and hidden within the table too, nice and convenient. Table is stamped Skovmand Andersen, Moreddi and also includes the Danish Control notation, 29" high.

CONDITION: I've restored numerous teak pieces over the years and this one is one of the most exquisite and highest quality craftsmanship, deep-and-dark old-growth teak coloring and overall condition. Its just been lovingly restored/reconditioned in so it now exudes a beautiful sheen with that lovely warm teak glow to showcase the beautiful old-growth teak wood-grain throughout. As with all vintage furniture, there are small signs of wear/patina throughout that I've addressed but this one turned out pristine. It presents beautifully overall.

DIMENSIONS: 59.75" long x 37.25" wide x 29" tall (can extend to 81.75" and 103.5" with extensions)

FUN RESTORATION FACT: This gem came directly from the original owners bought it new back in the 1960s and served their family well until I was lucky enough to obtain/restore back to its full glory once again!
